1. What NeuroMax Forte is and what it is used for

NeuroMax Forte is used to prevent and treat vitamin B deficiency
NeuroMax Forte contains vitamins B6 (pyridoxine), B12 (cyanocobalamin) and B1 (thiamine).
Group B vitamins play an essential role in the body’s metabolic processes. They participate in various enzyme reactions as coenzymes and activators, as well as in oxidation and reduction reactions, and have an effect on nucleus and mitochondria. Group B vitamins dissolve in water and do not build up in the body.

2. What you need to know before you use NeuroMax Forte Do not use NeuroMax Forte:

-   if you are allergic to pyridoxine, cyanocobalamin, thiamine or any of the other ingredients of this
medicine (listed in section 6);

Other medicines and NeuroMax Forte

Tell your doctor if you are taking, have recently taken or might take any other medicines. This especially applies if you use levodopa (antiparkinsonian medicine), as NeuroMax Forte may reduce the effect of levodopa.

Pregnancy and breast-feeding

No risk has been observed during pregnancy and breast-feeding. If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor for advice before using this medicine.

Driving and using machines

NeuroMax Forte has no effect on the ability to drive or use machine

How to use NeuroMax Forte

Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
Adults and children above the age of 15: one tablet a day.
Do not use in children under the age of 15.
Swallow with plenty of fluids, observe the recommended dose. Not intended for long-term use.
If you have any further questions on the use of this product, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

4. Possible side effects

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
No side effects have been reported in the case of recommended doses.
Long-term use may result in allergic skin reactions (hives, eczema).

5. How to store NeuroMax Forte

Keep this medicine out of the sight and reach of children.
Do not store at a temperature higher than 25 °C.
Do not use this medicine after the expiry date which is stated on the package. The expiry date refers to the last day of that month.
Do not throw away any medicines via wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to throw away medicines you no longer use. These measures will help protect the environment.

6. Contents of the pack and other information What NeuroMax Forte contains

-   The active substances are thiamine hydrochloride, pyridoxine hydrochloride and cyanocobalamin.
One tablet contains 100 mg of thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), 200 mg of pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) and 0.2 mg of cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).
-   The other ingredients are:
In the tablet core: modified starch, trisodium citrate (E331), citric acid (E330), microcrystalline cellulose, ethyl cellulose, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate and stearic acid.
In the tablet coating: hypromellose, colouring agent titanium dioxide (E171), polydextrose and macrogol 4000

What NeuroMax Forte looks like and contents of the pack Film-coated tablet.

White to light red, round and convex scored tablet. The diameter is 11 mm. Packs: 30 and 100 tablets in a plastic jar.
Not all pack sizes may be marketed.
