1.   WHAT GRIPP-HEEL IS AND WHAT IT IS USED FOR

Gripp-Heel is a homoeopathic remedy.

2.   WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU USE GRIPP-HEEL

Do not take Gripp-Heel, if you are allergic or hypersensitive to any ingredients of Gripp-Heel (listed in section 6).
Warnings and precautions
Talk to your doctor before using Gripp-Heel.

Other medicines and Gripp-Heel

Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are using, have recently used or might use any other medicines, including medicines bought without prescription.

Pregnancy, breast-feeding and fertility

If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before using this medicine.
No negative experiences have been observed.

Driving and using machines

The use of Gripp-Heel has no effect on driving or using machines.

Gripp-Heel contains lactose.

If you have been told by your doctor that you have intolerance to some sugars, contact your doctor before taking this medicine.

3.   HOW TO USE GRIPP-HEEL

Always take Gripp-Heel exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
The recommended dose is:
The usual dose is 1 tablet 3-5 times a day sublingually until dissolution. In the starting stage of the disease 1 tablet may be taken every 15 minutes during 2 hours.
If you feel that the effect of Gripp-Heel is too strong or too weak, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.

If you take more Gripp-Heel than you should

No cases of overdose have been reported.

If you forget to take Gripp-Heel

Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose.

If you stop taking Gripp-Heel

If you have any further questions on the use of this medicine, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

4.   POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS

Like all medicines, Gripp-Heel can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
Very rarely (occur in less than one patient out of 10,000) allergic (hypersensitivity) reactions may occur.

If you get any side effects, talk to your doctor or pharmacist. This includes any possible side effects not listed in this leaflet. You can also report side effects directly via www.ravimiamet.ee. By reporting side effects, you can help provide more information on the safety of this medicine.

5.   HOW TO STORE GRIPP-HEEL

This medicine does not require any specific storing conditions.
Keep this medicine out of the sight and reach of children.
Do not use Gripp-Heel after the expiry date which is stated on the package. The expiry date refers to the last day of that month.
Do not throw away any medicines via wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to throw away medicines you no longer use. These measures will help protect the environment.

Active substances: 1 tablet contains:

1. Aconitum napellus D4 120 mg 2. Bryonia D4 60 mg 3. Lachesis D12 60 mg 4. Eupatorium perfoliatum D3 30 mg 5. Phosphorus D5 30 mg The other excipients:

1.   magnesium stearate 1.5 mg 2.   lactose monohydrate 300 mg

What Gripp-Heel looks like and contents of the pack

Carton box contains plastic bottle with 50 or 250 tablets.
Description of the tablet: round, white or yellowish-white bevelled tablets with smooth surface, with occasional black or yellow spots. The tablets are 3.30-3.90 mm thick, diameter 9.0-9.1 mm.
